Abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a molded article of a turbine housing. The method for manufacturing a molded article of a turbine housing uses a transport device to store a plurality of molds aligned on a loading device in a storage box placed on a transport conveyor, fills the storage box with steel balls to bury lower ends of the molds, then completely fills the storage box with steel balls, injects molten metal into the molds in the storage box filled with the steel balls to manufacture a molded article, rotates the storage box to a predetermined angle by a turning device to drop the steel balls and the molds stored in the storage box onto a collection transport conveyor to separate the molded article from the molds, and then collects the molded article of a turbine housing moved by the collection transport conveyor. According to the present invention, outer circumferential surfaces of the molds are sturdily attached while being filled with the steel balls. The steel balls press the outer circumferential surfaces of the molds while the storage box is filled with the steel balls to prevent damage to the molds. The molten metal injected into a forming space through a pair of molds is not leaked by an attaching force and damage prevention. Molded articles are simultaneously manufactured by the molds stored in the storage box to allow mass production. Manufacturing costs are reduced by reusing the steel balls filled in the storage box. A separate process of fixing the molds is not needed to shorten work time and improve reliability of a product. 본 발명은 터빈하우징 성형물 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 로딩장치에 정렬된 복수의 몰드를 이송장치를 이용하여 이송컨베이어 상에 언혀져 있는 수납박스내에 수납하고, 이 수납박스내에 스틸볼을 채워넣어 몰드의 하단부가 매립되도록 하며, 그 후, 수납박스내에 스틸볼이 가득 메워지도록 하고, 이 스틸볼이 메워진 수납박스내의 몰드에 용탕을 주입하여 성형물을 제작하되, 터닝장치로 수납박스를 정해진 각도로 회전시켜 수납박스내에 수납된 스틸볼, 몰드를 수거이송컨베이어 상에 낙하시켜, 몰드에서 성형물을 분리한 후, 수거이송컨베이어를 통해 이동되는 터빈하우징 성형물을 수거한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 몰드 외주면이 스틸볼에 메워진 상태로 견고하게 합착되고, 스틸볼이 수납박스 내에 채워지면서 몰드 외주면을 압착하여 몰드의 파손이 일어나지 않으며, 이 합착력 및 몰드의 파손 방지로 인해 한 쌍의 몰드 사이를 통해 성형공간 내로 주입된 용탕이 누출되지 않고, 수납박스 내에 수납된 복수의 몰드로 성형물을 동시에 제조하여 대량생산이 가능하며, 수납박스에 채워지는 스틸볼의 재 사용으로 제조원가가 절감되며, 몰드를 고정하는 별도의 공정이 불필요하여 작업시간 단축과 동시에 제품의 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
AbstractList The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a molded article of a turbine housing. The method for manufacturing a molded article of a turbine housing uses a transport device to store a plurality of molds aligned on a loading device in a storage box placed on a transport conveyor, fills the storage box with steel balls to bury lower ends of the molds, then completely fills the storage box with steel balls, injects molten metal into the molds in the storage box filled with the steel balls to manufacture a molded article, rotates the storage box to a predetermined angle by a turning device to drop the steel balls and the molds stored in the storage box onto a collection transport conveyor to separate the molded article from the molds, and then collects the molded article of a turbine housing moved by the collection transport conveyor.
