Summary: | The present invention relates to manufacture of a porous lightweight insulating panel. According to the present invention, provided is a ceramic composition containing 50-70 wt% of water and sewage sludge, 10-20 wt% of clay, 10-20 wt% of silt, 1-5 wt% of volcanic ash, 1-5 wt% of cullet, 1-5 wt% of petalite, 1-5 wt% of water glass, 1-3 wt% a foaming agent, and 1-3 wt% of a forming agent. A lightweight insulating panel prepared by the ceramic composition can be widely utilized as a lightweight material, can be manufactured at low costs compared to the treatment of waste, and is very economical due to an excellent energy-saving effect.
본 발명은 다공질 단열 경량 판넬의 제조에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면 상하수도 슬러지 50~70중량%, 점토 10~20중량%, 실트 10~20중량%, 화산재 1~5중량%, 파유리 1~5중량%, 엽장석 1~5중량%, 물유리 1~5중량%, 기포제 1~3중량% 및 forming agent 1~3중량%를 함유하는 세라믹조성물이 제공된다. 상기 세라믹조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 본 발명의 단열 경량 판넬은 경량재로서 다양한 활용이 가능하고 폐기물 처리에 비해 생산비용도 저렴하며 에너지 절감 효과도 뛰어나 매우 경제적이다. |
