Abstract | According to one aspect of the present invention, a Doherty power amplifier includes: a power distributor distributing an input signal as a first distribution signal and a second distribution signal; a carrier amplifier amplifying the first distribution signal; and a peaking amplifier amplifying the second distribution signal. The power distributor can distribute the first distribution signal and the second distribution signal at a different ratio according to the power of the input signal.
본 발명의 일 기술적 측면에 따른 도허티 전력 증폭기는, 입력 신호를 제1 분배 신호와 제2 분배 신호로 분배하는 전력 분배기, 상기 제1 분배 신호를 증폭하는 캐리어 증폭기 및 상기 제2 분배 신호를 증폭하는 피킹 증폭기를 포함한다. 상기 전력 분배기는 입력 신호의 파워에 따라 제1 분배 신호와 제2 분배 신호의 비율이 다르도록 분배할 수 있다. |
