Abstract An attitude control apparatus for adjusting horizontality according to the present invention comprises: a V-shaped sensor for detecting a tilt; and a driving unit having an adjustable height to correct a change in the tilt detected by the sensor. The sensor of the present invention can detect the tilt through simple structure and constitution by recognizing the position of a detection ball received in a V-shaped detection tube. In particular, the sensor of the present invention has a natural blind spot for tilt detection by an exterior angle formed by the V shape thereof. These features of the sensor can be efficiently applied to the attitude control apparatus for a wheelchair, a bicycle, etc. having an inappropriate excessive tilt sensitivity. 본 발명은, 수평을 조절하는 자세 제어 장치에 있어서, 기울기를 감지하는 "V" 형상의 센서; 및 센서에서 감지된 기울기의 변화를 보정하도록 높이가 조절되는 구동부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, "V" 형상의 검지관 내측에 수납된 검지구의 위치를 인식함으로써 간단한 구조 및 구성으로 기울기의 감지가 가능한 이점이 있다. 특히, 본 발명의 센서는 "V"형상이 형성하는 외각에 의해서 기울기 감지의 사각지대가 자연스럽게 제공된다. 이러한 특징은 기울기의 지나친 민감도가 부적합한 휠체어, 자전거 등의 자세 제어 장치에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있다.
