Disclosed are an image sensor for improving linearity of an analog-to-digital converter and an image processing system including the same. The image sensor according to the present invention includes: a pixel array that includes a plurality of pixels, each of which is connected to a corresponding column line among first to m^th (m is an integer of 2 or higher) column lines and outputs a pixel signal; a plurality of analog-to-digital converters, each of which receives a pixel signal of a corresponding one among the first to m^th column lines, compares the received pixel signal with a lamp signal, and converts the pixel signal into a digital pixel signal; and a blocking circuit that is connected to an input port of at least one of the plurality of analog-to-digital converters and blocks an effect by operations of other analog-to-digital converters.
