Abstract The present invention relates to a device for measuring a bio material in a body which comprises: a structure arranged in a blood vessel; a light source arranged on the structure to irradiate lights of a preset wavelength band to blood; a light receiving element configured to receive a light, which is not absorbed into a bio material in the blood and is reflected, from the lights irradiated from the light source; and a transmission unit arranged on the structure and configured to transmit a detection signal in accordance with the amount of lights outputted from the light receiving element. 본 발명은, 생체 내 바이오물질 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 혈관 내에 배치되는 구조물; 상기 구조물 상에 배치되어 설정 파장 대역의 빛을 혈액으로 조사하는 광원; 상기 광원에서 조사되는 상기 빛 중 상기 혈액 내 설정 바이오물질에 흡수되지 않고 반사되는 빛을 수광하는 수광소자; 및 상기 구조물 상에 배치되며, 상기 수광소자에서 출력되는 광량에 따른 검출신호를 전송하는 송신부를 포함한다.
