According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an optical lens covering a light-emitting diode (LED) chip mounted on a substrate. The optical lens comprises at least one protruding part protruding from a bottom surface touching the substrate. Moreover, according to another embodiment of the present invention, provided is a light emitting device comprising: an LED chip; a substrate on which the LED chip is mounted, and which has at least one hole thereon; and an optical lens which covers the LED chip or at least one hole, and has a protruding part corresponding to the hole. 본 발명의 일실시예는, 기판상에 실장된 LED 칩을 덮는 광학 렌즈에 있어서, 기판에 접하는 하부면으로부터 돌출 형성된 적어도 하나의 돌기부를 포함하는 광학 렌즈를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 실시예는, LED 칩과, 상기 LED 칩이 실장되며, 적어도 하나의 홀이 형성된 기판과, 상기 LED 칩 및 적어도 하나의 홀을 덮으며, 상기 홀에 대응하는 돌기부가 형성된 광학렌즈를 포함하는 발광 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
