Abstract The present invention provides a device for estimating a voltage of a battery cell when a battery cell voltage measurement IC does not operate and a method thereof. The present invention provides a device for estimating a current cell voltage by using a cell voltage immediately before a battery module voltage and battery cell voltage measurement IC cannot measure and a method thereof. 본 발명은 배터리 셀 전압 측정 IC가 동작하지 않을 경우 배터리 셀의 전압을 추정하는 장치 및 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 배터리 모듈 전압과 배터리 셀 전압 측정 IC가 측정불가 상태가 되기 바로 이전의 셀 전압을 이용하여 현재의 셀 전압을 추정하는 장치 및 방법을 제공한다.
