Abstract According to an embodiment of the present invention, the container ship with a container inhold, comprising: a fuel inhold placed on the bottom of an upper deck to include a tank room with a fuel storage tank to accommodate liquefied gas, which is fuel; and an engine room to have an engine to receive fuel from the fuel storage tank, which is placed on the bottom of the tank room. According to the present invention, the container ship uses an engine using liquefied gas instead of gasoline and diesel to increase fuel efficiency, to reduce exhaust gas, and to improve sailing efficiency. Since the arrangement of the fuel storage tank, fuel supply unit, engine room, and container inhold is optimized, space usability can be increased. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 컨테이너선은, 컨테이너 인홀드가 마련되는 컨테이너선에 있어서, 상갑판 하부에 마련되며, 연료인 액화가스를 수용하는 연료저장탱크가 마련되는 탱크룸을 포함하는 연료 인홀드; 상기 연료저장탱크로부터 연료를 공급받는 엔진이 마련되되, 상기 탱크룸의 하부에 마련되는 엔진룸을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 컨테이너선은, 가솔린이나 디젤을 대체하여 컨테이너선에서 액화가스를 이용한 엔진을 사용하므로, 연비가 높아지고 배출가스는 낮아지며 운항 효율이 향상될 수 있으며, 연료저장탱크, 연료공급부, 엔진룸, 컨테이너 인홀드의 배치를 최적화함으로써 공간활용성을 증대할 수 있다.
