The present invention relates to an exhaust brake. The exhaust brake comprises: a valve housing mounted in an exhaust pipe to enable exhaust gas to flow; and a butterfly plate mounted in the valve housing to block a flow of the exhaust gas and having a through-hole where a portion of the exhaust gas is discharged when pressure of the butterfly plate is equal to or greater than the predetermined pressure. When back pressure of the butterfly plate is equal to or greater than the predetermined pressure, the exhaust brake is provided to have a simpler structure as compared to the prior art and ultimately and easily design an engine room layout by having the through-hole discharging the portion of the exhaust gas. 본 발명은 배기 브레이크에 관한 것으로, 배기관에 장착되어 배기가스가 유동하는 밸브하우징 및, 밸브하우징에 장착되어 배기가스의 유동을 차단하고, 일정 기압 이상이 되면 배기가스의 일부를 배출하는 관통홀이 형성된 버터플라이판을 포함하며, 버터플라이판에 배압이 일정 기압 이상이 되면 배기가스의 일부를 배출하는 관통홀이 구비됨으로써, 종래에 비하여 형상이 간단해 지며, 궁극적으로 엔진룸 레이아웃 설계가 용이 해지는 효과가 있는 배기 브레이크를 제공한다.
