The present invention relates to a high frequency switch having a low insertion loss and excellent isolation characteristics. The high frequency switch according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first switch unit including a plurality of first switch elements connected in series between an antenna port and a transmission port and operated by a first gate signal; a second switch unit including a plurality of second switch elements connected in series between the antenna port and a receiving port and operated by a second gate signal; a first shunt unit connected between the transmission port and a ground and operated by the second gate signal; a second shunt unit connected between the receiving port and the ground and operated by the first gate signal; and a third shunt unit connected between the receiving port and one end of an inductor having the other end grounded and operated by the second gate signal. 본 발명은 고주파 스위치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고주파 스위치는 안테나 포트와 송신 포트 사이에 직렬 연결된 복수의 제1 스위치 소자를 포함하고 제1 게이트 신호에 의해 동작되는 제1 스위치부; 상기 안테나 포트와 수신 포트 사이에 직렬 연결된 복수의 제2 스위치 소자를 포함하고 제2 게이트 신호에 의해 동작되는 제2 스위치부; 상기 송신 포트와 접지 사이에 연결되어 상기 제2 게이트 신호에 의해 동작되는 제1 션트부; 상기 수신 포트와 접지 사이에 연결되어 상기 제1 게이트 신호에 의해 동작되는 제2 션트부; 및 상기 수신 포트와 일단이 접지된 인덕터의 타단 사이에 연결되어 상기 제2 게이트 신호에 의해 동작되는 제3 션트부를 포함할 수 있다.
