Abstract The present invention relates to a security fiber with improved affinity to security paper, a method for producing the same, and security paper including the same. According to the present invention, the security fiber is produced by the use of a natural fiber and/or a regenerated fiber so that a hydrogen bond is formed between the security fiber and cellulose as a main component of the security paper. Accordingly, the affinity to security paper is improved between the security paper and the security fiber, and thus security fiber separation from the security paper is significantly reduced during printing and distribution. In addition, because a leaf fiber is used as the natural fiber used as a security fiber material, problems can be dealt with before paper production such as fibril formation on a fiber surface resulting from a mechanical treatment using a beater or a refiner. 본 발명은 지층결합력이 향상된 색사, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 보안용지에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 천연섬유 및/또는 재생섬유를 이용하여 색사를 제조함으로써 보안용지의 주성분인 셀룰로오스와 색사 간의 수소결합을 형성함으로써, 보안용지와 색사 사이의 지층결합력이 향상되어 인쇄공정 및 유통 중에 보안용지의 색사 탈락이 현저히 감소하고, 색사의 재료로 이용되는 천연섬유로 잎섬유를 사용하여 용지로 제조하기 전에 비터나 리파이너 등으로 기계적인 처리로 인한 섬유의 표면에서 피브릴을 형상할 수 있는 등의 문제점을 해결하는 효과가 있다.
AbstractList The present invention relates to a security fiber with improved affinity to security paper, a method for producing the same, and security paper including the same. According to the present invention, the security fiber is produced by the use of a natural fiber and/or a regenerated fiber so that a hydrogen bond is formed between the security fiber and cellulose as a main component of the security paper. Accordingly, the affinity to security paper is improved between the security paper and the security fiber, and thus security fiber separation from the security paper is significantly reduced during printing and distribution.
