Abstract For an organic light-emitting display device with minimized defects in the case of cutting a cell and a manufacturing method thereof, the present invention provides an organic light-emitting display device comprising: a lower substrate comprising a peripheral area including a first peripheral unit and a second peripheral unit, and a display area between the first peripheral unit and the second peripheral unit; an upper substrate placed on the lower substrate; a sealing member interposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate, and placed on the peripheral area of the lower substrate; and a first material layer which is interposed between the sealing member and the bottom substrate, and comprises a first opening pattern on the first peripheral unit, and a second opening pattern on the second peripheral unit, which is smaller than the first opening pattern. 본 발명은 셀 커팅 시 불량발생이 최소화된 유기발광 디스플레이 장치 및 그 제조방법을 위하여, 제1주변부 및 제2주변부를 포함하는 주변영역, 및 상기 제1주변부와 상기 제2주변부 사이의 디스플레이영역을 갖는, 하부기판, 상기 하부기판 상에 배치되는 상부기판, 상기 하부기판 및 상기 상부기판 사이에 개재되며 상기 하부기판의 상기 주변영역 상에 배치되는, 밀봉부재, 상기 밀봉부재와 상기 하부기판 사이에 개재되고, 상기 제1주변부 상의 제1개구패턴, 및 상기 제1개구패턴의 크기보다 작은 크기를 갖는 제2주변부 상의 제2개구패턴을 포함하는 제1물질층을 구비하는, 유기발광 디스플레이 장치를 제공한다.
