Abstract | Provided is an organic light emitting display device capable of improving efficiency, color reproducibility, and a rate of change in color by reducing the rate of change in color according to a viewing angle by optimizing the thickness of organic layers forming light emitting units. The organic light emitting display device comprises: first and second electrodes facing each other on a substrate; and at least three light emitting units between the first and second electrodes. A first distance between the substrate and a first light emitting layer, a second distance between the first light emitting layer and a second light emitting layer, a third distance between the second light emitting layer and a third light emitting layer, and a fourth distance between the third light emitting layer and the second electrode are configured to be different from each other.
