Provided is an organic light emitting display device capable of improving efficiency, color reproducibility, and a rate of change in color by reducing the rate of change in color according to a viewing angle by optimizing the thickness of organic layers forming light emitting units. The organic light emitting display device comprises: first and second electrodes facing each other on a substrate; and at least three light emitting units between the first and second electrodes.
