Summary: | The present invention provides an organic light emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate; a transistor element disposed on the substrate; a first electrode electrically connected to the transistor element; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer; and a transflective layer adjacent to a lower surface of the first electrode. The transflective layer has a relatively high refractive index in comparison with the first electrode. According to embodiments of the present invention, the element can be formed to have a thin shape, and the efficiency of production can be raised.
