The present invention provides an organic light emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate; a transistor element disposed on the substrate; a first electrode electrically connected to the transistor element; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer; and a transflective layer adjacent to a lower surface of the first electrode. The transflective layer has a relatively high refractive index in comparison with the first electrode. According to embodiments of the present invention, the element can be formed to have a thin shape, and the efficiency of production can be raised. 본 발명은 유기발광 표시장치 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 유기발광 표시장치는 기판, 기판 상에 배치되는 트랜지스터 소자, 트랜지스터 소자에 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 전극, 제1 전극 상에 배치되는 유기 발광층 및 유기 발광층 상에 배치되는 제2 전극을 포함하되, 제1 전극의 하면에 접하는 반투과층을 포함하고, 반투과층은 제1 전극 대비 굴절률이 상대적으로 높다.
