Abstract | The present invention relates to a touch screen panel including a transparent electrode and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the touch screen panel includes a base substrate and a transparent electrode. The transparent electrode is disposed on a display area of the base substrate and includes an adhesion layer, a metal layer disposed on the adhesion layer and a protecting layer disposed on the metal layer. The thickness of the metal layer is about 150-250 Å. The thickness of the adhesion layer or a thickness of the protecting layer is about 50-140 Å. The objective of the present invention is to provide a touch screen panel capable of improving transmittance and a driving characteristic.
