Summary:A sensor for differentially detecting beta rays and gamma rays included in radioactive rays comprises: a substrate on which at least one operational amplifier is mounted; a first and a second blocking layer to block penetration of beta rays; a first photodiode which is positioned between the first and the second blocking layer, and detects gamma rays; and a second photodiode which is positioned on the first blocking layer, and detects the beta rays and the gamma rays. 방사선에 포함된 베타선과 감마선을 구별하여 검출하는 센서는, 적어도 하나의 OP-AMP가 실장되는 기판; 상기 베타선의 투과를 차단하는 제 1 차단층 및 제 2 차단층; 상기 제 1 차단층 및 제 2 차단층 사이에 위치하고, 상기 감마선을 검출하는 제 1 포토다이오드(photodiode); 및 상기 제 1 차단층 상에 위치하고, 상기 베타선 및 상기 감마선을 검출하는 제 2 포토다이오드;를 포함한다.
