A riser lifting apparatus is disclosed. The riser lifting apparatus comprises: a first mounting part in which a riser is mounted; a lifting part which allows the first mounting part to be coupled thereto to be tilted in a lateral direction and lifts up the first mounting part; and a first tilting part which is installed in the lifting part and tilts the first mounting part in a lateral direction to transfer the riser mounted in the first mounting part to a predetermined position.
