The present invention relates to a high moisture powder-type color cosmetic composition containing switching-type double-layered complex functional powder which is organic-inorganic hybrid complex powder. More particularly, the present invention is characterized by obtaining high moisture powder-type color cosmetic composition containing switching-type double-layered complex functional powder having excellent usability and excellent sebum controlling ability, while does not have skin irritation, thereby being skin-friendly and overcoming dryness, which is a drawback of power in the case of powder-type color cosmetics, wherein the make-up cosmetic composition such as two way cake, power pact, and face powder or loose powder contains 5 to 20 wt% of organic-inorganic hybrid complex powder in which at most 30% of ginsenoside (GINRg3) is immersed in a switching-type double-layered molecule, i.e., montmorillonite hydrotalcite, and layerd silica, etc. 본 발명은 유-무기 하이브리드 복합 분체인 스위치형 이중막 복합 기능성 분체를 함유한 고 보습 파우더 타입 색조 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside,GINRg3)를 스위치형 이중막 분자,Montmorillonite Hydrotalcite, Layerd Silica등,에 최대 30% 함침시킨 유-무기 하이브리드 복합 분체의 함량을 5 내지 20중량%을 함유한 투웨이케익(Two Way Cake), 파우더 팩트(Powder Pact), 페이스 파우더(Face Powder or Loose Powder)등의 메이크업 화장료 조성물로서 사용감이 우수하고 피지 컨트롤이 뛰어나며 피부 자극이 없는 피부 친화적이면서 파우더 타입의 색조 화장료의 경우 파우더의 단점인 건조함을 극복한 스위치형 이중막 복합 기능성 분체를 함유한 고 보습 파우더타입 색조 화장료 조성물를 얻게 됨을 특징으로 한다.
