A drill bit change system is disclosed. The drill bit change system comprises: a riser having a side surface which can be opened and closed; a storage which is installed in a sea bottom and stores a drill bit therein; a storage transfer part which transfers the storage; a mud blocking device which is installed inside the riser and blocks mud flowing downward; and a transfer device which is installed inside the storage and vertically transfers the drill bit, wherein the storage can enter the riser through the side surface of the riser. Therefore, the present invention enables the change of the drill bit in the sea bottom. 드릴 비트 교체 시스템이 개시된다. 상기 드릴 비트 교체 시스템은, 측면이 개폐될 수 있도록 구성되는 라이저; 해저에 설치되어 드릴 비트를 보관하는 보관대; 상기 보관대를 이송시키는 보관대 이송부; 상기 라이저 내부에 설치되어 하방으로 내려오는 머드를 차단하는 머드 차단 장치; 및 상기 보관대 내부에 설치되어 상기 드릴 비트를 상하로 운반하는 운반 장치;를 포함하고, 상기 보관대는 상기 라이저의 측면을 통해 상기 라이저를 출입할 수 있으며, 상기 드릴 비트 교체 시스템은 해저에서 상기 드릴 비트를 교환할 수 있다.
