One embodiment of the present invention relates to a source drive integrated circuit and a display device including the same. The source drive integrated circuit includes: a source driving circuit generating data voltages according to a source timing control signal and digital video data; output buffers outputting the data voltages from the source driving circuit to output terminals; and voltage protection circuits connected between the output buffers and the output terminals.
