Abstract | According to various embodiments of the present invention, provided are a method and an apparatus for processing drag and drop. The apparatus for processing drag and drop includes: a touch screen displaying part of content including objects; and a control module distinguishing the object which can be dragged among the objects, determining whether or not a touch input preset to the distinguished object is detected, detecting whether or not there is a region where the distinguished object can be dropped in the rest part of the content when the preset touch input is detected, and controlling a drop region corresponding to the detected region to be displayed on the touch screen. In addition, there are other possible embodiments.
