Abstract The present invention relates to a new scolopendrasin-5 peptide isolated from Scolopendra subspinipes and a composition of the same. In the present invention, provided is a peptide which is synthesized from amino acid deducted from a gene of a peptide isolated from Scolopendra subspinipes, and is expressed by SEQ ID NO: 1. According to the present invention, provided are a new scolopendrasin-5 peptide isolated from Scolopendra subspinipes and a composition of the same which can provide antibiotics, food preservatives, cosmetic preservatives, medicines, etc., which are safe to the human body while expressing antifungal activity without cytotoxicity. 본 발명은 왕지네로부터 분리한 신규 스콜로펜드라신-5 펩타이드 및 그의 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 서열번호 1으로 표현되며, 왕지네()로부터 분리한 펩타이드의 유전자에서 연역된 아미노산에서 합성된 펩타이드를 제공하고자 한다. 본 발명에 의해, 왕지네로부터 분리한 신규 스콜로펜드라신-5 펩타이드 및 그의 조성물이 제공됨에 따라, 세포 독성이 없고 항균 및 항진균 활성을 나타냄과 동시에 인체에 안전한 항생제, 식품 방부제, 화장품 보존제, 의약품 등이 제공하게 된다.
