Abstract According to the present invention, ticks and mites being parasites in a stock plant of a vegetatively-propagating plant are killed, and at the same time, a stolon, a propagule of the vegetative propagation plant, rapidly grows to block the contagion of the pests moving from the stock plant, thereby, enabling the production of a clean offspring. For the same, a strawberry stock plant is planted in a seedling box, and is inserted to a growth chamber, a closed space treated with highly concentrated carbon dioxide (CO_2) for a predetermined period of time, to sterilize pests such as ticks or Tetranychus urticae. Thereafter, the carbon dioxide is emitted to the outside, and the internal condition of the growth chamber is optimized to make the growth speed of a stolon faster than the speed of viruses contaminating the strawberry stock plant, thereby preventing a vertical infection from the stock plant to the offspring. 본 발명은 영양번식작물의 모주에 기생하는 응애 및 진딧물을 살비(살충)함과 동시에, 영양번식작물의 번식체인 런너(stolon)를 급속하게 생장시켜 모주에 감염된 병해충이 자묘로 전염되는 것을 차단함으로서, 건전하고 깨끗한 자묘를 생산할 수 있게 한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은, 딸기모주를 육묘상자에 식재하고, 상기 딸기모주를 밀폐된 공간, 즉 생육상에 투입한 다음 고농도의 이산화탄소(CO)를 일정시간 처리하여 모주에 기생하는 점박이응애 및 진딧물 등과 같은 유해충을 살비(살균)한후, 이산화탄소를 외부로 배기시키고, 상기한 상태에서 생육상의 내부조건을 최적화하여 딸기모주에 감염된 바이러스가 자묘에 이동전염하는 속도보다 더 빠른 속도로 런너가 급속생장되게 하여 모주의 바이러스가 자묘에 수직감염되는 현상을 회피할 수 있게 한 것이다.
