A cloud print method using an automatic response system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of the automatic response system for receiving a call from a user terminal; a step of the automatic response system for providing automatic response guidance with respect to a printable document to the user terminal; a step for receiving selection of a document to be printed through the user terminal; a step of the automatic response system for checking a destination phone number to which the selected document will be transmitted; a step of the automatic response system for transmitting the selected document and the destination phone number to a cloud print server; and a step of the cloud print server for transmitting the selected document to an image forming apparatus corresponding to the destination phone number. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동 응답 시스템을 이용하는 클라우드 프린트 방법은, 자동 응답 시스템이 사용자 단말로부터 전화를 수신하는 단계; 상기 자동 응답 시스템이 상기 사용자 단말에 인쇄 가능한 문서에 대한 자동 응답 안내를 제공하는 단계; 상기 사용자 단말을 통해 인쇄할 문서를 선택받는 단계; 상기 자동 응답 시스템이 상기 선택된 문서를 전송할 목적지 전화번호를 확인하는 단계; 상기 자동 응답 시스템이 상기 선택된 문서 및 목적지 전화번호를 클라우드 프린트 서버로 전송하는 단계; 및 상기 클라우드 프린트 서버가 상기 선택된 문서를 상기 목적지 전화번호에 대응되는 화상형성장치에 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.
