Abstract | According to one aspect of the present invention, a secondary battery comprises: an electrode assembly including a first electrode and a second electrode; a case for storing the electrode assembly; a cap plate formed with a short-circuit hole, and coupled with the case; a first electrode terminal electrically connected with the first electrode; a second electrode terminal electrically connected with the second electrode; a short-circuit member fixated to the cap plate in the short-circuit hole, and constituted to be electrically connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode; and an upper insulation member formed with a plurality of ventilation holes, and installed to cover the short-circuit member. |
