Abstract | According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention comprises: a substrate; an organic light-emitting element formed on the substrate; and a pixel circuit supplying a current to the organic light-emitting element. The pixel circuit comprises a switching transistor and the driving transistor formed on the substrate. The switching transistor comprises: a first gate electrode on the substrate; and an oxide semiconductor layers formed on the first gate electrode while having a first insulation layer therebetween. The driving transistor comprises: an active layer on the substrate; and a second gate electrode formed on the active layer while having the first insulation layer therebetween. |
