The present invention relates to a static electricity preventing device of a MEMS sensor for a vehicle. More specifically, the device prevents static electricity in a sensor installed in an engine of a vehicle. The present invention comprises: an engine unit of the vehicle having an intake pipe where an external air is introduced; a MEMS sensor unit connected to the engine unit to sense a driving state of the engine unit; and a static electricity preventing unit installed on a moving path of the air introduced through the intake pipe and preventing the static electricity in the MEMS sensor unit. The present invention removes humidity of the air coming in contact with the MEMS sensor unit for a vehicle and hydrocarbon to prevent the static electricity in the MEMS sensor unit in order to prevent a malfunction of the MEMS sensor unit.
