The present invention relates to a vaccine composition for preventing chicken necrotizing enterocolitis and a manufacturing method thereof, which is manufactured by deactivating toxins of Clostridium perfringens generating chicken necrotizing enterocolitis. A vaccine composition for preventing chicken necrotizing enterocolitis of the present invention is configured to comprise luxS which is a type A antigenic protein derived from Clostridium perfringens. Desirably, the present invention provides a vaccine composition for preventing chicken necrotizing enterocolitis comprising an addition of pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant. 본 발명은 닭의 괴사성 장염을 일으키는의 독소를 불활화하여 제조되는 닭의 괴사성 장염 예방 백신 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 닭의 괴사성 장염 예방백신 조성물은유래 type A 항원 단백질 luxS 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 바람직하게, 본 발명은 약학적으로 허용되는 adjuvant를 추가로 포함하는 닭의 괴사성 장염 예방백신 조성물을 제공한다.
