Abstract The present invention relates to a heat exchanger using a thermoelectric element and, more specifically, to a heat exchanger using a thermoelectric element, which can enable space to be cooled and heated through heat radiation of a thermoelectric element capable of absorbing and emitting heat by a current as a structure of a heat exchanger becomes compact. According to the present invention, a heat exchanger using a thermoelectric element comprises: a thermoelectric element wherein a use surface and a non-use surface are formed; a main pin installed in the use surface; and a heat pipe wherein an end is installed in the non-use surface and a waist pin is installed in the other end. Heat on the non-use surface is moved along the heat pipe, and then is discharged through the waist pin. 본 발명은 열전소자를 이용한 열교환기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 열교환기의 구조를 컴팩트하게 하여 전류에 의하여 흡열 및 발열을 할 수 있는 열전소자의 방열을 통해 공간의 냉방 또는 난방을 가능하게 할 수 있는 열전소자를 이용한 열교환기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 열전소자를 이용한 열교환기는 사용면과 비사용면이 형성된 열전소자와; 상기 사용면에 설치된 메인핀과; 일단은 상기 비사용면에 설치되고, 타단에는 웨이스트핀이 설치되는 히트파이프;를 포함하며, 상기 비사용면의 열은 상기 히트파이프를 따라 이동한 후 상기 웨이스트핀을 통해 방출되는 것을 것을 특징으로 한다.
