Abstract | The present invention relates to a rotor for an interior permanent magnet motor. For this, the present invention includes a rotor core body; an interior groove which are radially arranged in the rotor core body; a permanent magnet buried in the interior groove; a shaft hole formed in the center of the rotor core body; a rotor shaft inserted into the shaft hole; and a leak magnetic flux preventing part formed between the interior groove and the shaft hole. Therefore, torque density can be improved by preventing the leakage of a magnetic flux through the edge of the permanent magnet. So, space availability can be improved by reducing the volume of a motor, and high power can be obtained.
본 발명은 매입형 영구자석 전동기용 회전자에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 회전자 코어 몸체와; 상기 회전자 코어 몸체에 방사형태로 형성된 매입홈과; 상기 매입홈에 각각 매입된 영구자석과; 상기 회전자 코어 몸체의 중심에 형성된 축홀과; 상기 축홀에 삽입된 회전자축; 및 상기 매입홈 사이와 축홀 사이에 형성된 누설자속방지부로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 영구자석의 모서리 부분을 통해 자속이 누설되는 것을 방지하여 토크 밀도를 높일 수 있도록 하고, 이를 통해 전동기 부피를 줄여 공간활용율을 높인 가운데 고출력을 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다. |
