| Abstract | The present invention relates to a gate bias control circuit and a power amplifying apparatus including the same. The gate bias control circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a signal input unit which is connected to an input end of a power amplifier and receives an input signal of the power amplifier; a rectifying unit which rectifies the input signal when the input signal is higher than a preset reference voltage; and a voltage control unit which controls bias voltage of the power amplifier according to the level of the input signal rectified in the rectifying unit.
본 발명은 게이트 바이어스 제어 회로 및 이를 갖는 전력 증폭 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 상기 게이트 바이어스 제어 회로는, 전력 증폭기의 입력단과 연결되어 상기 전력 증폭기의 입력 신호를 제공받는 신호 입력부, 상기 입력 신호가 사전에 설정되는 기준 전압보다 높은 경우, 상기 입력 신호를 정류하는 정류부 및 상기 정류부에서 정류된 입력신호의 레벨에 따라 상기 전력 증폭기의 바이어스 전압을 조절하는 전압 조절부를 포함한다. |
