Summary:A switching circuit according to the present invention includes a switch circuit unit which includes a first transistor and a second transistor which are serially connected and supplies a first control signal to a control terminal of the second transistor, and an inverter part which is connected between the control terminal of the first transistor and a first terminal of the first transistor. The inverter part maintains a gate-source voltage level of the first transistor below a threshold voltage level of the first transistor by receiving a second control signal. The level of the first control signal is complementary to the level of the second control signal. 본 발명에 따른 스위칭 회로는, 서로 직렬 연결되는 제1 트랜지스터 및 제2 트랜지스터를 포함하고, 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 제어단에 제1 제어 신호가 제공되는 스위치 회로부 및 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제어단과 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제1단 사이에 접속되는 인버터부를 포함하고, 상기 인버터부는, 제2 제어 신호를 제공받아 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트-소스(gate-source) 전압 레벨을 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 문턱(threshold) 전압 레벨 이하로 유지하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 제어 신호의 레벨은 서로 상보적일 수 있다.
