과도현상 이벤트로부터 센서에 대한 전압 공급을 보호하는 회로가 제공된다. 회로는 과도현상 이벤트 동안에 출력을 제공하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 버퍼 커패시터를 포함하고, 상기 출력은 센서의 정상 동작 중의 조절형 전원의 출력과 실질적으로 동등하다. 제조 방법 및 센서가 개시된다. |
