Abstract | A method for energy evaluation and prediction of HVAC&R systems is provided when new building load characteristics and a variety of input variables change to calculate newly every time, to perform an energy consumption prediction, and to independently evaluate energy for air conditioning, heat source, and return, by comprising the steps of: (a) using a building load by time on a standard floor as input data and entering the building load; (b) using the input data entered at the step of (a) and analyzing the energy use volume of the basic HVAC&R system; (c) predicting the energy of an extended HVAC&R system using a weighting; (d) calculating the initial investment cost of the HVAC&R system, and (e) reviewing the economic feasibility of the HVAC&R system.
본 발명은 새로운 건물부하 특성, 각종 입력변수가 변화할 때 매번 새롭게 산출하여 에너지 소비 예측을 실시하도록 하고 또한 공조-열원-반송 에너지를 서로 독립적으로 평가할 수 있는 건물의 HVAC&R 시스템 에너지 예측 및 평가 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시 예는 (a) 기준층에서의 시간별 건물부하를 입력데이터로 활용하여 건물부하를 입력하는 단계; (b) (a) 단계에서 입력된 입력데이터를 이용하여 기본 HVAC&R 시스템의 에너지 사용량을 분석하는 단계; (c) 가중치를 활용한 확장 HVAC&R 시스템의 에너지를 예측하는 단계; (d) HVAC&R 시스템의 초기투자비를 산출하는 단계; (e) HVAC&R 시스템 경제성을 검토하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다. |
