본 발명은, 기판상에 막질이 좋은 막을 성막할 수 있고, 용액을 성막 처리에 유효하게 이용할 수 있고, 장치 전체의 소형화를 도모할 수 있는 성막 장치를 제공한다. 그리고, 본 발명에 관한 성막 장치에서는, 스프레이 노즐(1), 제1의 실(2), 제1의 가스 공급구(3a), 제2의 실(4), 관통구멍(5) 및 분무구(10)를 구비하고 있다. 스프레이 노즐(1)로부터 분사되는 액적화된 용액은, 제1의 실(2)에 수용되고, 제1의 가스 공급구(3a)로부터의 기체에 의해, 제1의 실(2) 내에서 용액은 미스트화된다. 미스트화된 용액은, 관통구멍(5)을 통과하여 제1의 실(2)로부터 제2의 실(4)에 이동하고, 제2의 실(4)에 마련된 분무구(10)로부터, 기판(50)을 향하여 분무된다. The film forming apparatus according to the present invention includes a spray nozzle (1), a first chamber (2), a first gas supply port (3a), a second chamber (4), a through hole (5), and a mist outlet (10). A solution transformed into droplets that is to be sprayed from the spray nozzle (1) is housed in the first chamber (2) and transformed into a mist in the first chamber by gas injected from the first gas supply port (3a). The solution in mist form moves from the first chamber through the through hole (5) to the second chamber and is misted onto a substrate (50) from the mist outlet (10) of the second chamber (4).
