The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling an inside and outside door, which effectively remove indoor humidity of a vehicle considering inside humidity and outside humidity, and more specifically, to a system and a method for controlling an inside and outside door according to outside humidity, which remove humidity by introducing outdoor air if it is humidified in doors of a vehicle, measure indoor humidity and outside humidity of the vehicle and compare the same, and deduce proper outside air intake according to difference of the inside and the outside and control the inside and outside door, thereby effectively removing humidity according to outside humidity. 본 발명은 내부 습도와 외부 습도를 고려하여 효율적인 차량 실내의 습도제거가 이루어지도록 하기 위한 것으로, 차량 유리에 습기가 발생되면 외기를 도입시켜 습기를 제거하되 차량 실내 습도와 차량 외부 습도를 측정하고 이를 비교하여 내외부 습도차에 따른 적정 외기도입량을 도출하여 내외기 도어를 조절함으로써 외부 습도에 따라 효율적인 습기 제거가 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 외부 습기에 따른 내외기 도어 제어 시스템 및 방법이 소개된다.
