Abstract | The present invention relates to a thermal cut off (TCO) function inspection apparatus and an inspection method using the same. The apparatus comprises a zig in which TCO is mounted by slidingly installing the TCO along with a horizontal direction; a limit switch connected to the moved zig by being installed on the sliding direction of the zig; an rising member which is risen along with whether the zig installed on the zig to be risen is connected to the limit switch; a measurement member to measure a resistance value of the TCO by connecting to the TCO along with the rising of the rising member by being installed on the rising member; and a resistance value determination unit to determine whether the resistance value of the TCO measured by the measurement member is included in a predetermined range. According to the present invention, the TCO function inspection apparatus has effects to improve the accuracy of the TCO inspection and to reduce TCO inspection time by performing the function inspection of the TCO by automatically measuring the resistance value of the TCO by connecting the measurement member to the TCO through the rising of the rising member by installing a plurality of measurement members risen by the rising member on the zig in which the TCO is mounted.
본 발명은 수평 방향으로 슬라이드 이동 가능하도록 설치되어 상부에 TCO(Thermal Cut Off)가 안착되는 지그; 상기 지그의 슬라이드 이동 방향 상에 설치되어 이동되는 지그와 접촉되는 리미트 스위치; 상기 지그의 상부에 승강 가능하도록 설치되어 상기 지그와 상기 리미트 스위치의 접촉 여부에 따라 승강되는 승강 부재; 상기 승강 부재에 설치되어 상기 승강 부재의 승강에 따라 상기 TCO와 접촉됨으로써 상기 TCO의 저항값을 측정하는 측정 부재; 및 상기 측정 부재에 의해 측정된 상기 TCO의 저항값이 기 설정된 범위 내에 포함되는지 여부를 판별하는 저항값 판별부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, TCO가 안착되는 지그의 상부에 승강 부재에 의해 승강되는 복수 개의 측정 부재를 설치하여 상기 측정 부재와 TCO가 승강 부재의 승강에 의해 접촉되게 함에 의해 TCO의 저항값을 자동으로 측정하여 TCO의 기능 검사를 수행함으로써, TCO 검사의 정확성을 향상시킴과 동시에 TCO 검사 시간을 단축할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
