Summary:The present invention relates to a method for preparing biodegradable polymer microspheres, and more specifically, to a method for preparing biodegradable polymer microspheres with uniform sizes in S/O/W system using a fluidic process. According to the present invention, in the case of manufacturing microspheres using the fluidic process, the biodegradable polymer microspheres has uniform diameter and smoothing surface, encapsulation efficiency can be increased compared to a conventional homogenization method, and the method can be effectively used as a carrier for drug delivery by sustained zeroth release for drug release. 본 발명은 생분해성 고분자 미소구체의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 유체 공정을 이용하여 S/O/W 시스템의 균일한 크기의 생분해성 고분자 미소구체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 유체 공정을 이용하여 미소구체를 제조할 경우, 균일한 직경과 평활면을 가지며, 종래 균질화 방법에 비하여 캡슐화 효율이 증가하고, 약물 방출 또한 거의 영(zero)차로 서방적으로 방출됨으로써 약물 전달체로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
