Summary:A reference voltage generator according to an embodiment of the present invention, supplying stable voltage even at the high temperature, comprises: a comparator including a second input terminal receiving voltage, applied to a contact point between a collector of a first transistor and one end of a first resistor, as an input and a first input terminal, applied to a contact point between a collector of a second transistor and an anode of a second diode; a third transistor connected to an output end of the comparator and a base; a second resistor having one end connected to a collector of the third transistor; and a temperature compensation circuit increasing a size of the voltage applied to a contact point between the collector of the third transistor and the second resistor based on a size of current applied to the inside at more than a set temperature.
