Abstract The present invention provides an electric calendar having a data transmitting/receiving communication module. The electronic calendar includes: an LCD panel unit having a touch module; a main controller which controls the LCD panel unit; a communication module to perform communication of data with the outside to be processed from the main controller through an antenna; and a control button unit which includes at least one control button to input a command through the main controller. The main controller includes a calendar manager to control the displaying of the calendar information which a user designates on the LCD panel to control the displaying or storing of the corresponding information if date is selected through the touch module when the calendar information is displayed.
