Abstract The present invention relates to a microorganism preparation including Rhodococcus ruber, Pseudomonas taiwanensis, or mixed microorganism thereof as an active ingredient. When manufacturing the microorganism preparation of the present invention, manufacturing time can be reduced, and the microorganism preparation having improved ability of decomposing polymer organic matters and endosulfan can be effectively manufactured by using Rhodococcus ruber, Pseudomonas taiwanensis, or mixed microorganism thereof. Also, the microorganism preparation shows an activity of decomposing polymer organic matters even in environments in which an activity of microorganism is decreased, thereby being effectively used for restoring coast wetland of various environments and improving soil of seashore landfill, and applied to environmental reconstruction industries.
