Abstract According to an aspect of the present invention, an endoscopic procedure device is provided. The procedure device comprises: a handle assembly including an operation mechanism capable of being operated by a trigger; and an endoscopic assembly including a proximal end part extended from the handle assembly, a distal end part connected with the proximal end part of the endoscopic assembly in a pivoting configuration, and an internal drive shaft capable of being rotated and extended from the handle assembly into the distal end part of the endoscopic assembly. The internal drive shaft includes a flexible portion extended to cross a pivot connection unit. The procedure device further comprises an end effector capable of being selectively connected with respect to the distal end part of the endoscopic assembly and with respect to a distal part of the internal drive shaft capable of being rotated. The end effector includes: a spline-type internal tube supported to be able to be rotated on an external tube; and a plurality of procedure anchors loaded in the internal tube of the end effector. The timing system allows the removal of the end effector in a limited trigger position.
