Summary:The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a denture. Here, a denture base plate (4) and a plurality of tooth root prosthetic appliances (6) are manufactured by applying a CAD model. A veneer (8) that is firstly manufactured may be attached onto the tooth root prosthetic appliances (6). Thus, the veneer (8) has a thickness in consideration of formation of the CAD model of the tooth root prosthetic appliances (6). Also, the present invention relates to a denture manufactured through the following method. The plurality of tooth root prosthetic appliances (6) may be attached onto the denture base plate (4) or be manufactured to be the same part as the denture base plate (4). The veneer (8) may be attached onto a tube shape position on at least one tooth root prosthetic appliance (6) and preferably, attached onto a tube shape position of each of the tooth root prosthetic appliances (6).
