The present invention relates to a separation preventing cap for needle-hub, and more specifically, to a separation preventing cap for needle-hub, which improves bearing capacity of needle-hub connecting a nozzle in which an injection syringe is equipped and a syringe, prevents needle-hub from being separated from the original position by injection pressure of the syringe or coupling pressure when coupling nozzles, and prevents a neck part of the syringe in which needle-hub is installed from being damaged by dispersing external force applied to needle-hub.
