Summary:The present invention relates to an optical connector for an optical cable and, more specifically, to an optical connector with an open-tool assembly structure for an optical cable which prevents the open-tool from leaving the optical connector by providing the open-tool for activating a connection cap and a v-groove in a connector body of the optical connector in one entity, in order to separate an optical fiber of the optical cable from the optical connector for an optical cable. The present invention is characterized by including the connector body which fixes the optical fiber of the optical cable, wherein the optical cable is coupled with one side of the connector body. The connector body is characterized in comprising: a v-groove which fixes the optical fiber of the optical cable on the connector body; a connection cap which presses the v-groove to fix the optical fiber of the optical cable; and an open-tool which presses the connection cap such that the optical fiber can be separated from the v-groove. At least one open-actuation press bump or a holding bump for pressing the connection cap is formed on the open tool. The connector body is characterized in that an open-tool housing hole to which the open-tool is coupled is formed, such that the open tool is prevented from being separated from the connector body, and that the open tool is housed in the open-tool housing hole to be removed therefrom, and the open-tool and the connector body are formed in one entity.
