Summary:A magnetic device comprises a tunnel barrier and a hybrid magnetic layer disposed on one side of the tunnel barrier. The hybrid magnetic layer includes a first PMA layer, a second PMA layer, and an amorphous blocking layer interposed between the same. The first PMA layer is composed of a multi-layer in which a first layer formed with Co and a second layer formed with Pt or Pd are alternately laminated, and includes a first dopant composed of elements other than the elements forming the second layer. The second PMA layer is interposed between the first PMA layer and the tunnel barrier, and includes at least one element selected from Co, Fe, and Ni.
