Abstract | The present invention provides a method to manufacture a display which can reduce non-uniformity deposition while manufacturing a plurality of displays at the same time, and a deposition apparatus used in the same. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a motherboard having a plurality of regions of a matrix pattern where a plurality of display parts may be formed; putting the motherboard into a deposition chamber having a deposition source therein which may move to one direction or a direction opposite to the one direction; depositing a material on the motherboard using a mask where a plurality of strip-shaped masking sheets parallel to each other are disposed to extend to the one direction; and obtaining a plurality of displays by cutting the motherboard along the periphery of each of the displays. |
