Abstract | An embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic evaluation method using an evaluation engine. The method includes the steps of: receiving the information regarding a specific patent from a user device; receiving an evaluation request for the specific patent from the user device; and outputting a computed estimation result by using a pre-established evaluation engine for the specific patent checked by using the information. The evaluation engine can be generated with learned estimation results for respective estimation items written in advance by specialists for sample patents. |
