Abstract According to the present invention, provided is an electric dust collection device which is characterized by comprising a charging unit charging dust included in external air flowing in; a dust collection unit located after the charging unit in the direction of the flow of the external air and collecting dust included in the external air; and a facing unit discharged to the same polarity to the charged dust and formed to face the dust collection unit, wherein the dust collection unit comprises a rotation axis connected with a rotating motor, and a rotating plate installed on the rotation axis to be rotated while a part of the volume is sunk in a liquid.
